Apparently the title sequence of Friends fits perfectly with C-Murder’s “Down For My N****z,” as this Twitter user discovered. Don't think too hard about it, just enjoy the surreal juxtaposition of happy and white New Yorkers dancing to southern-fried rap music.

For his part, C-Murder (born Corey Miller) has been serving a life sentence since 2002 following a second-degree murder conviction in a night club shooting. The No Limits Records standout's 1999 anthem stemmed from his Trapped In Crime LP, and featured Snoop Dogg.
This isn’t the first time a Friends scene has perfectly lined up with a rap song. Someone put Migos’ “Bad and Boujee” over the scene where Marcel the monkey makes Chandler, Joey, and Ross dance.

Why do scenes from Friends work so well with rap music? Mostly it's because early seasons involved lots of spastic dancing from its male leads: They recall over-served wedding guests on the dance floor. Perhaps the bigger question, however, is why do we not have more of these?
